Upon receiving your order, a customer service agent will review the submitted documents within 24hrs. If everything is in order, You will then be requested to complete the payment (if not already done) . We will create your account and contact you to complete your onboarding process. Meanwhile we will generate the stickers and mail them to you.

If there are any concerns with the documents submitted or your billing requirements, the customer service agent will address them with you. If an agreement cannot be reached, the transaction will be cancelled and you will be eligible to a 100% refund.

Refund Policy

While we make every effort to ensure your 100% satisfaction, it may happen that you wish to request a refund.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the software that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a full refund. Instead, we will extent to you 75% of the value for the remainder of your contract.
