Snap & Bill supports the following type of rates:

  1. Fixed rate – a fixed value per unit consumed.
  2. Progressive – The base rate increases as consumption increase. Eg, 0 – 10 units is billed at Rs. 4.50, 11-20 units is billed at Rs. 5.50 etc.

Snap & Bill is a cloud-based software. Using the mobile application, a photo of each meter under management is taken at the end of the desired billing cycle. The mobile application will attempt to read the meter value from the photo and request the user to validate it. Once validated, the app saves the photo, the closing balance & the meter’s unique ID on the cloud. The user can then move to the next meter and repeat the process.

On the web portal, the progress of the readings may be viewed in real-time. Once all readings are completed, the utility invoices can be viewed, printed & emailed as required.

Snap & Bill is a software solution for billing utilities in private properties, aka sub metering. The software has two portions:

  1. 1) A mobile application used by meter readers or surveyors to collect readings / closing balance of each utility meter.
