If you have forgotten your password or have difficulties logging in, you can reset your password at the logging prompt.

  1. On your web browser, navigate to https://www.snapnbill.com.
  2. The login prompt will be shown as illustrated.
  3. If the login prompt is not shown, please click on the login button on the top right corner.
  4. Click on forgot password & follow the on-screen instructions.

  1. Find the name of your company on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on Change Password.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

To prevent unauthorised use of the system in your absence, it is important to log out after each use.

To log out:

  1. Find the name of your company on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on Signout.

To login into the web portal of Snap & Bill, it is recommended to use Google Chrome.

  1. On your web browser, navigate to https://www.snapnbill.com.
  2. The login prompt will be shown as in the illustration.
  3. If the login prompt is not shown, please click on the login button on the top right corner.
  4. Type in your email address & password.
  5. Click on green Login button to proceed.

 

Note that your login & password have been created at the time of account creation. We recommend that you change the password immediately after your first login. New logins may be requested via email at support@mycloud.mu.
